Tune my heart to sing Thy grace

Come Thou Fount

Come thou fount of every blessing
Tune my heart to sing Thy grace
Streams of mercy never ceasing
Call for songs of loudest praise

Teach me some melodious sonnet
Sung by flaming tongues above
I’ll praise the Mount I’m fixed upon it
Mount of Thy redeeming love

Here I raise my Ebenezer
Hither by Thy help I come
And I hope by Thy good pleasure
Safely to arrive at home

Jesus, sought me when a stranger
Wandering from the fold of God
He, to rescue me from danger
Interposed His precious blood

Ode to grace, how great a debtor
Daily I’m constrained to be
And let Thy goodness like a fetter
Bind my wandering heart to Thee

Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it
Prone to leave the God I love
Here’s my heart, Lord, take and seal it
Seal it for Thy courts above

Here’s my heart, Lord, take and seal it
Seal it for Thy courts above

Then Sings My Soul…

Revelation 4:8-11

Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under
its wings. Day and night they never stop saying:

“‘Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.”

Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and
who lives for ever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne
and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say:

“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all
things, and by your will they were created and have their being.”

Revelation 5:11-14

Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and
ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the
elders. In a loud voice they were saying:

“Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and
honor and glory and praise!”

Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all
that is in them, saying:

“To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power,
for ever and ever!”

The four living creatures said, “Amen,” and the elders fell down and worshiped.

Don’t ever lose a sense of wonder at the greatness of God. Worship as the elders of revelation do, continuously praising God because He is worthy and we have been redeemed.

Living in the midst of a sinful world, I look forward to the day that we will stand together
before the throne of God singing His praises day and night. We will be able to see his full
greatness and unable to turn our eyes to anything else.
